Cinnamon Chia Pudding Cake

At last , finally got a chance to experiment with my milled white chia seeds. I like the taste and i love the price. It's not expensive =>

Cinnamon Chia Pudding Cake




2 tablespoons melted salted butter
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar-free Cinnamon Da Vinci syrup
1/3 cup milled white chia seeds* (from nutsonline.com)
2 teaspoons powdered erythritol
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt


Cinnamon Syrup

1 tablespoon melted salted butter
1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
1 tablespoon sugar-free Cinnamon Da Vinci syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch salt

Grease small microwave-safe dish. Set aside.

In small bowl, whisk cake ingredients together in order given. Let sit 10 minutes. Pour into prepared dish.

Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes to finish cooking.

In the meantime, mix together cinnamon syrup ingredients. When cake is finished, invert onto saucer and pour syrup over it. Let stand a few minutes to absorb syrup.

Makes 1 serving with about 4 net carbs.

* I used milled white chia seeds, you can also use ground chia seeds.

Quinoa with chicken

I really love chicken . Well, it is also my kids favorite so i really need to explore and experiment foods for my family. Try it it's delicious and healthy =)


Ingredients:


1 kilo chicken fillet

2 Medium size of lemon

1 cup of soy sauce

1 cup water

mixed vegetables (cube carrots, corn kernel,green peas)

2 cups conventional quinoa.


Clean 1 kilo of chicken with water. mashed with salt and set aside. In a large bowl mix 1 cup of soy sauce and squized with lemon. Marinade the chicken for 30 minutes. after 30 minutes deep fry your chicken fillet.


Wash quinoa and add to a 1 1/2 quart saucepan with water . Bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat and cover tightly. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed and quinoa is soft. It is like you are cooking rice.

Served with mixed vegetables. Enjoy eating!

Coconut Blast Shake

Another healthy recipe from mom's secret recipe. Be -Be happy :P


1 tbs Maca powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbs Agave Nectar
8 oz Coconut Milk
3-4 ice cubes
Add ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth for about 45 seconds. Pour and serve.

75% of people in America want a fit and healthy body. Most of the dieters skip meals and commonly consume very low calories. The tendency is you'll end up eating again and you will gain more weights. Stress is also another factor why we are still gaining weight. And by now you are tired to work out and what comes to your mind now is to just sit , watch your favorite tV show or your movie collection and you'll end up eating. Eat and eat to become fit?!

Yes, eat more to become fit and healthy! Eat only healthy foods like grains,breads, fruits. Do not skip meals especially breakfast but choose only healthy breakfast low in sugar and fat. choose the one that is high in fiber. You can prepare oatmeal with white chia seed. Chia seed are high in protein, fiber, magnesium, calcium and omega-3.

Energy Booster food.

I've been sick for two weeks now. My father don't know what food should i eat or what is the best food to cook. He search for a soup recipe. He told me to eat vegetables, but I refused, since I am not in the mood to eat and i can't even taste the food i ate. That is too annoying for me.

Then i came to an idea to just add my glass of milk of 1 tablespoon of white chia a.k.a salba. Another idea came up on my mind. Why don't try a pan cake? I remember my mom used to bake a pan cake for me. Then just add some healthy food ingredient that can help me to recover.

Ingridients:

3 tablespoon of white sugar
1 cup of flour
2 tsp of water
1 medim egg
1 tablespoon of white Chia.
1 teaspoon of acai powder.

Mix all the ingredients. Add water if needed. Heat the pan in low flame. Then fry the pan cake . You can add acai berries if you want.

*note: Acai can Increased Energy and it can give you stronger Immune System

Yesterday I packed all the old stuff of my mom. I've seen her picture collections when she was a teenager to her old age. Wow! I must be proud of her. she looks great, sexy, looks young on her age (but she is already 47).

On my generation since i am now on my 29th year. Not so old but not getting any younger. The Powerful Maca Milk Shake

Maca powder can be use in kitchen. Similar to butterscotch and often describe as vanilla and chocolate taste.

It is recommended that we use one tablespoon maca powder per person in our recipes or preparation.

Here are the steps on how to prepare your Powerful Maca Milk Shake




Ingredients:

Maca powder (from MACA PERU) 1 tablespoon
1/2 glass of milk
1 medium banana
sesame paste
honey
Almonds or peanut butter.


Put one tablespoon of maca powder and 1/2 glass of milk in the blender. Mix it with one medium banana finely chopped, one teaspoonful sesame paste and honey. Then add some almond or peanut butter.
