I really love chicken . Well, it is also my kids favorite so i really need to explore and experiment foods for my family. Try it it's delicious and healthy =)
Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken fillet
2 Medium size of lemon
1 cup of soy sauce
1 cup water
mixed vegetables (cube carrots, corn kernel,green peas)
2 cups conventional quinoa.
Clean 1 kilo of chicken with water. mashed with salt and set aside. In a large bowl mix 1 cup of soy sauce and squized with lemon. Marinade the chicken for 30 minutes. after 30 minutes deep fry your chicken fillet.
Wash quinoa and add to a 1 1/2 quart saucepan with water . Bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat and cover tightly. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed and quinoa is soft. It is like you are cooking rice.
Served with mixed vegetables. Enjoy eating!
