Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In small bowl, whisk cake ingredients together in order given.  Let sit 10 minutes.  Pour into prepared dish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes.  Let sit 5 minutes to finish cooking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the meantime, mix together cinnamon syrup ingredients.  When cake is finished, invert onto saucer and pour syrup over it. Try it it's delicious and healthy =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 kilo chicken fillet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Medium size of lemon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;mixed vegetables (cube carrots, corn kernel,green peas)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 cups conventional &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;quinoa&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clean 1 kilo of chicken with water. mashed with salt and set aside. In a large bowl mix 1 cup of soy sauce and squized with lemon. Marinade the chicken for 30 minutes. after 30 minutes deep fry your chicken fillet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wash quinoa and add to a 1 1/2 quart saucepan with water . Bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat and cover tightly. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed and quinoa is soft. Not so old but not getting any younger. I saw most of my colleagues, their face are getting older, wrinkles and dark spots are seen on their foreheads. I can't say if is this because of our lifestyle or what?
