Then i came to an idea to just add my glass of milk of 1 tablespoon of white chia a.k.a salba. Another idea came up on my mind. Why don't try a pan cake? I remember my mom used to bake a pan cake for me. Then just add some healthy food ingredient that can help me to recover.


Pan Cake.
Ingridients:
3 tablespoon of white sugar
1 cup of flour
2 tsp of water
1 medim egg
1 tablespoon of white Chia.
1 teaspoon of acai powder.
Mix all the ingredients. Add water if needed. Heat the pan in low flame. Then fry the pan cake . You can add acai berries if you want.
*note: Acai can Increased Energy and it can give you stronger Immune System
